According to recent researches, people should really be worried because of the fact that indoor air is more polluted then the air outdoors. This causes them a lot of respiratory problems such as asthma. Hopefully, all asthmatics can relax, as the solutions to this problem exist. Well, asthma is a respiratory condition which characterizes the narrowing of a person’s airway (bronchioles and bronchi) that causes them difficulties with breathing. As statistics show, 3 to 5 percent of all people will suffer from its effects at some moment in their life, some more severely than others.
Two most recognized symptoms of an asthma attack are a wheezing cough and hard breathing. During some severe attacks breathing rate starts to increase, a heart rate rises, making asthma sufferers unable to speak because of the lack of breath. Besides, lack of oxygen may cause cyanosis resulting in the patients’ skin turn blue.
